Today the Montana Public Service Commission held a hearing about proposed rules.  The information about SB 396 for TNC operation in Montana is shocking.

First, the Transportation Networks Corporations (TNC) do not have a complaint system, or policy in place in Montana.  This was admitted in official hearing in Montana.  They do not have to be accountable for their finances, or tell the public what they are doing--at all.

Information that is not confirmed is that the TNC's are not screening their applicants at all before they are allowed to drive by app request from you.  As a license holder in in Montana I could not believe the Montana Legislature passed this law that gives large multi global companies free rein in Montana.

The www.rideresponsibly.org website from the National Limo Association tells you to be wary of TNC's and protect your own safety.  Helena Town Car Company is very happy that I testified in front of the Public Service Commission to let them have better information on how to protect the public.
